Terms of Service

For private individuals:When you commission me, you give me rights to use the commissioned artwork as an example. Commissioner can use the finished art for personal use, if they credit me as an artist and won’t make profit with the work. I will never post my finished commissions to socials before asking the commissioner. Payment must be sent after I have showed you the sketch and you are satisfied with it. Any additional changes cost extra.Just like with my regular artworks, do not trace, repost or copy my commission works. According to Article 1 of the Finnish Copyright Act, one who creates literal or artistic work has copyright to their work. The whole work as well as part of the work may be protected, if the part of the work may be considered as copyright protected work in itself. I do not sell the rights to copyright along with commissions. Purchasing of the rights are discussed separately and added to the value depending of the use.
